The belt is original but I'll def check for the ground at that location. Thank you!

That was my thought as well but I am by now means a dc electrical expert. I ordered a service manual today now just waiting on the mail man. Hoping thar shows all the grounding points and I can trace down the issue.

Correction pin 30 on aux start relay is 0L

So I just took my meter and set to ohms. I out the black to frame ground then touched the ground pin if each relay socket "85"

Main relay .718
Aux start relay 11.92 LoZ
Low beam relay .055
High beam relay .053
Fan relay 11.89 LoZ
Fuel pump relay 11.89 LoZ

Pin 30
Main relay 11.98
Aux start 0
Low beam 11.98
High beam 11.98
Fan 11.98
Fuel pump 11.94

Yes my battery is a little low from troubleshooting with key on

Guess it's time to take all the plastics and everything off and go over every wire....

I don't have a dealer around here. The dealer I bought from had so many complaints from customers they are no longer an authorized dealer.

My biggest thing is this machine only has 100 miles on it. This year has been so damn busy we never had time to take it out other than riding down the rd to the neighbors. It's garage kept stock and never been rained on. Yes boring I know lol. Could you possibly post a pic of inside your fuse block showing relays and fuses? The only thing I can think of is if a relay could possibly be installed backwards? I do know my neighbor was over and he was checking it out and pulled a relay. Don't ask why as I asked him the same damn thing

I just pulled each relay one at a time. When I pulled the fuel pump relay the voltage dropped from 8.7 down to 2.1 volts. If I leave all relays in but pull the signal control fuse rhe voltage to the load side of master relay fuse drops to a little over 1 volt.

Pulling the master relay I get battery voltage to the bottom right connector which would be relay pin 87 and 8.7 volts to the top right connector which would be relay pin 30?

So I just replaced the 02 sensor and it still ran like crap and got the code for b1 sensor 1 low voltage again... cleared codes and decided to try running with the 10amp main relay fuse removed. It started right up and was the idled smooth like it used to.. but obviously I can't run it without that fuse as a lot comes off that. I really need to figure out why there is 8 volts being sent to the load side of that fuse holder but I am at a loss! Has anyone had this issue before????
#26
Damn wish I saw your reply earlier. Duly noted thank you much!
#27
Well I think I found the issue. Corrosion on the ground cluster by the battery. Cleaned them all up and put some dielectric grease on all surfaces before putting back together. Going to check for more ground points and clean them all before testing again.  Before doing this I did test and it appears the downstream 02 sensor is bad after only a little over 100 miles... wtf

Awesome thank you so much. I'll take a look. Even thought its for a 22 it should at least give me some general location data. Thank you!
#29
Thank you for that information. Do you know where I can get ahold of a wiring diagram?

Anyone have any ideas why I'm getting current in the load side of the master resay fuse when the fuse removed. Current with ir removed is 8.23 volts on line side. If I remove rhe signal fuse it drops ro 2.2 volts.
