My girlfriend has a 21 400 and the fuel pump works sometimes and sometimes not.  Getting power all the time.  If I cycle key on and off several times it will then prime the system.  Anyone know if this is the pressure regulator? If so any fixes?

Hi everyone. my wife has a 21 cforce 400 it only has 600 miles on it and you have to flip the light switch several times to get the low beams to work. I took it apart and cleaned it but its just not making contact.   also the front right brake caliper is frozen , I took it off and tried putting some grease on the piston under the boot but that didn't help. The plastic above the muffler gets so hot I cant believe it didn't melt. so i made a metal plate heat shield and installed it above the muffler which helps a lot but now it rattles because one of the main bolts that hold the back of exhaust on was cross threaded from the factory.  Has anyone else had any of these problems or did she just get a lemon?
