My girlfriend has a 21 400 and the fuel pump works sometimes and sometimes not.  Getting power all the time.  If I cycle key on and off several times it will then prime the system.  Anyone know if this is the pressure regulator? If so any fixes?

Probably is but I believe it's built into the pump and the only fix is replacement of the pump.
