Thanks you both for responding Correct, no clicking.  Thanks for all the information.  I will check what you have said when I am up at the cottage this weekend.  My wife and son inform me there have been no issues since I last pulled and put back the smaller of the 2 aux starter relays.  I just find it strange it starts fine once I remove the AUX starter relay for a few minutes?

I have been having issues where I go to start my Force 800 and when I turn the key to start I get nothing.  If I remove the starter relay and replace it after a short period, it starts first time.  I only get the issue every couple of weeks or so.

The battery is fully charged
Tank if full.
The dash lights up and the fuel pumps primes

When I went to the dealer they replaced the relay and said that should solve the issue.  It did not and now is out of warranty.  Anyone have any idea what the problem could be, and is anyone having the same issue?

Thanks

Going really well.  Makes loading and unloading the trailer really easy, and strapping the wheels down is definitely the best way to go.

How did you get to the belt roller above the gas tank?  Also, where the seat belts clip in, did you add to the existing bolts on the frame, or make new holes for the harnesses?

I installed Erickson wheel chuck and strap kits to my sterling trailer this week for my z800 trail.   The galvanized bed is thin, so added some right angled bar under the beams to strengthen the chucks

I am looking to do the same.  Just hope the bottom bolts can accommodate the extra bracket.

One thing I did learn from adding the tender cable, was to jack up the back to make it easier to remove the battery cover. The cable was short, so tied it off close to the box.  May move, or put a longer one in at a later date.

Has anyone installed them in their 800 trail, and if so how did you do it?  Looks hard to get the the passenger bottom seatbelt bracket

What size are the fuses in the Zforce UTV's? There are different sizes and I could not find any reference to the size in the user manual

Has anyone installed a tender behind the cover, and if so, where did you put the quick connector?
