Is there and actual accessory plug power supply? want to install a light bar without having to go direct to the battery

The acc plug is powered by a 10 amp fuse in the distribution fuse box. And that circuit is "keyed" power so its off when the key is. I did use it with my light bars as well however know it's only a 10 amp circuit so you must stay under that. My front light bar takes only 6.4 amps and the rear only 2.6..as I remember.. but they are on a rocker so only one is on at a time. If you remove the hood and storage tray you can get to the line feeding the plug as well as the fuse box on the newer models. 

What size are the fuses in the Zforce UTV's? There are different sizes and I could not find any reference to the size in the user manual

What size are the fuses in the Zforce UTV's? There are different sizes and I could not find any reference to the size in the user manual

I believe they call them "Micro 2" blade but check the physical size first as they may be just "Mini".
