Dealer replaced CVT Belt with off brand and it it jerked when starting going forward or reverse. After 30 miles it Belt was burning up. I did break in the Belt by the way. Now with new o Belt, same problem. Did a bad install of the first Belt cause damage?

CForce 500 H.O./550 / 2017 500 HO CVT Belt
December 11, 2020, 08:42:03 PM
I watched some videos about changing the CVT belt and it looks pretty easy if the shims are pre-done at the factory. looking at the UtliMax belt replacement but what does everyone think. My 2up has 2000 miles and its hard to shift into low because it grinds. I think its time to change the belt?

Thanks for the feedback. Big help. I bought this to replace coolant this weekend. What do you think I can add pump sealant to this?

I have 2000 miles on my two up and I'm wondering how long the bearings will last and if anyone has tried the Tusk Wheel Bearing Greaser? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5gwp4xgiovs

Do you have them set to the max stiffness instead of the default "b"?
