I took mine to my local mechanic and the problem was not the actuator, when he pulled out and tested outside the Cforce it worked fine, but when he putted back with the Cforce electrical wire it didn't.
The problem was that inside the actuator there's a cooper plate and that plate needs to get contact to receive both positive and negative energy when selecting the 4x4, it probably worn out and stopped getting contact
The solution was soldering on to the cooper plate, after that it started working again.
I'm attaching a photo so you guys can see where he soldered.
