Hello all. Just bought a 2015 CFMoto zforce 800 today. Have been looking for several months and pulled the trigger on one. Got what I think was a great deal on it although it has a clutch noise (I think) the guy I bought it off of said it needs the clutch housing assembly , he thinks the shaft is bent and caused the cv cover bearing to go bad. He bought a new housing and bearing but still noisy. I'm tearing apart tomorrow to see what I can find. I have had several UTV's and these look like a good value for the money. Wish me luck!

Welcome...and good luck. Know that they are pretty noisy anyway especially cold. Partly due to the wet clutch being dry at startup and because of the rollers/sliders being loose under the primary's cam plate. And..yes, most don't know that those cover support bearings don't come with enough grease and go dry really fast...especially sense it's pretty tough on any ball or roller bearing to spin at crank speeds without a lube supply. You can pop the retainer and seal and push grease from the back side through to the front side. Good to do every time you inspect the belt.

Here's what mine sounds like. Always has sense new. Very normal.
