Welcome. First and foremost- make sure it has the air filter upgraded to the recommended Unifilter. Very important. Next, go through all the suspension, steering and component bolts and check their torque. Many were left loose. Change the oil in everything..weather it needs it or not. Start fresh. Check and clear the prefilters on the engine air intake and the sponge filter inside the CVT intake behind the driver's seat. That's a good start.

Ok great info is this the right unifilter part number UP-6229ast? Would you recommend using like an outerwear prefilter on the Uni as well and if so any part numbers for that

I believe that is the part number and for the prefilter you can..can't hurt. I don't have the Outerwears part number but the Uni is 4" in diameter and 5"s long so get one for a 5" diameter and 6" long. It will fit a bit loose but that's what you want.

Check to see what it has first on air filter. It may already have one. On oil, synthetic is OK as long as it has the JASO rating for the wet clutch. Lots of people use Rotella but being a Diesel oil personally I chose to use an gasoline engine oil...and one made for the RPMs and heat of a motorcycle engine...and one that works well in a shared-sump system like these..that is good in a transmission and engine. I use Castrol Power RS or Power-1 Racing 10w40 or their 10w50. Oil filters, stick with the CFM filter. Its a good one. Ones for the Rotax 800s will fit but there are some differences that raises the risk factor.

Welcome. I've had the pleasure of riding around Wallace and Mackay ID. Great place.

Not a common issue. I would start at the light and trace back. I would think the switch is OK as the dash light gets it's power after the switch so may be a bad connector or..just bulbs.

Well had a chance to look at the box and it looks like it has a cf moto brand foam filter so am I good with that filter or do I need to order the unifilter also the prefilter between the seats is there but looks cheesy is there anything better to use in that spot haven’t had a chance to check the high beam issue yet hopefully later this week when I get more free time

I don't personally trust any CFM air filter. The Unifilter has been tested and proven to be trustworthy by almost all of us here. The TwinAir has failed the tests and is no longer recommended. Funny...CFM approved the use of the TwinAir on the 800s but not the Unifilter and the TwinAir, like their paper filters let lots of particles get through. Nope..zero trust from me.

The prefilter is what it is..a fine-screen bag over the end of the intake pipe placed in the most dusty, dirty and heated area there is on a ZForce. We suggest moving it out of there when you get the chance and.. I suggest adding yet another Unifilter on it when you do. Can't be too safe with these.
