Welcome to the forum, Rotalaris. OEM tires are always a sore subject, as nobody, and I mean nobody, uses a respectable tire anymore. Get an aftermarket air filter on your ride, along with some quality tires suited to the trails where you mainly ride, and you should be good to go for a long time.

Thanks guys. On Saturday I put this machine to the test. Boulders, deep water crossings, fire roads steeo hills ect.ect.  it's the damn RR tracks that got the tires. Couple things I gotta modify.  1st drill out larger holes in the floor to get the water out quicker. 2nd affix the roof in the front with some.self tappers. Tree branches get caught. 3rd put on some fender extensions as alot of crap gets flung up and covers my leg.  Next investment is doors. Any good doors that aint gonna cost me a small fortune?

No cheap doors except for the soft doors. The best doors are what Roden sells in Russia. Many here have bought them.

This. So much this. The soft doors just don't adequately protect you. I know it isn't cheap, but the protection they offer will no doubt be worth the money spent. It only takes one injury to make you do whatever you can to protect yourself adequately when you ride.

My example: Was looking at my BiL's new Rzr 900, and asked him when he was getting a fire extinguisher for it. Both he and my FiL looked at me like I was crazy ! I just shrugged and went back in the house. Three weeks later, and its now official - Polaris has issued a recall on 133,000+ Rzr models, including his, that have a serious possibility of catching on fire due to leaking fuel if the vehicle were to roll over.
