That is a custom mount my buddy made.  I was unsure if I would like it so I attached it using 1 5/8 exhaust clamps. I like it so I will have him weld it and remove the clamps.  The mount is made from 1 5/8 fence post and painted with advance auto bed liner spray paint.  It is a nearly perfect match. I wanted the light at lower than the roof to avoid damaging it.

Here are some close up pics ,  I wanted it mounted level with the roof, I originally had it mounted to the 2 bolts for the roof.  Was too high, didn't want it being the highest point.
