My 800 ex. With new snorkels you would not beleave the amount of air I am getting now

Nice looking bike - I haven't seen many with any custom cage/bumper extensions either.  Did you happen to document your snorkel build where you can share it?

i did video the snorkel job , have about 15 diffrent videos my son will be putting them together for me so i can post the video , was realy not a hard process ,

I used aluminum 2 1/2 pipe to come up from clutch outlet. All connections I used inter-cooler silicon fittings.
I used pcv but had distortion issues due to high heat. Aluminum works great.

awesome , i solved alot of the heat problem directly near the pvc , i took a 1/8 inch piece of aluminum and bent into a 8 inch heat sheilde using bolt already holding lower heat shield and went up toward the upper part of pipe
