Hello, I am a new member and a new CFMoto owner

My name is John and live in western PA. I just bought a Uforce 800, got to take it out twice this weekend and loved the ride, unfortunately ice damaged the machine but will have it up and running again soon.

Thank you, Ice came up thru the front shroud and damaged the front axle drive motor. It looks easy to change out, just need to find a replacement part. I am not sure where to find good deals online for parts but will do some looking tonight after work.

This is the part that broke, and now it doesnt shift in and out of 4wd right.

Hard to tell from the picture but you may be able to patch it up once you get it out. Might just be a case of getting the contact back. How does the harness look?

wire harness is broken and a wire cut, I soldered the wire back on and test drove it, but now it is stuck in 4wd...but the wheels are not binding up anymore. I'll take it off and look into the internals to see what I can do. I didnt get to take it apart yet. Appreciate the info.

Welcome from Pa. Bought my Uforce back in December and love it. Been busy with work so I haven't had a ton of time to take it to a park for riding but got plenty of mileage around the fields around my house. Only issue I have is sorta like the one you are having. When selecting from 2wd to 4wd and back I can here the actuator cycling but my dash indicator show 4wd no matter what it is in. Hopefully get a lil time to crawl under and get a good look. I agree with GFMOTO. Get a light bar. You will be amazed with the difference. Got a 42" 240watt unit for Christmas from the wife and love it. The one she got or me came with the harness and rocker switch. Made for a nice clean install.

OK I was bored and did some research. All the cfmotos use the same servo prt# 0181-314000. Here is a link to one I found for just over $100. It comes with a new harness so that should get you set.
