Fender flares have been ordered ...
I noticed that i had some minor fogging in the headlights after a stream bath on the weekend and the CFMOTO team out of Quebec reports this...
"thank you for being a CFMOTO owner. The best thing to do in this case will be to remove the head lights and let them dry in a dry place. When there is no longer fog in them, do a silicone type joint between the lens and the back of the light. You can have it done also by your CFMOTO dealer, if it happen again you can have them change and it will be cover under warranty within 6 months of your purchase date."

minor things but the dealer has been good to this point.  2 x 100 km runs coming next weekend.

You know..Just a thought on this. Both of the light housings have vent tubes that come to near the middle and lay over the radiator support...and terminates right behind the fan...and I know when a hot radiator gets hit with water it steams. I wonder if these vents are picking up this steam and allowing it to enter the housings. I would almost bet it is. I have never has this issue but...I never splash through any water either. Wonder if just moving these vent tubes will correct this. Just lift them out and reposition them in front somehow...or away from that area. Can't plug them...I guess but we can get them away from the heat and steam.

Funny you said that. My dealer was thinking the same thing. He checked a 2016 and tubes were the same location so he didn't move mine but it is defenitly worth a try.

Probably test the seals by applying a little vacuum on the tubes too.
