I recently purchased two new 300NK. I'm enthusiastically introducing my hobby to my teenage boys.
Just completed the break-in oil change on both bikes.
I had tried to get my boys to ride with me in the past without success. I had a pair of CT90s and Vulcan 500s that I had intended to have my boys ride. They had little to no interest in riding the CT90 or the Vulcans. Selling these and replacing with the 300NK got the response I was hoping to see. They love the bikes, and are enjoying riding. I love riding with them, very happy to be where I am.
One immediate concern is that the passenger seat on both bikes unlatches while in normal use of riding the bike. The seats seemingly are properly latched. While pressing them in place an audible click is heard. Upward force following the click does not allow the seat to be removed. However after each ride both bikes will have the passenger seat unlatched.
I welcome assistance in getting this fixed. Any one else seeing this problem? Two of two bikes that I purchased showing the same behavior suggests this could be a general problem, hopefully with a simple solution.
