I am 100% against spacers on any machine that has a single wheel bearing in a knuckle however the statistics show 1.5" seems to be a threshold on bearing troubles...at least the wear is slow enough people aren't talking about it....so...I went with 1.5" spacers on mine. Stability and ride was noticeably improved and with little effect of steering and handling. I did however go through my lower rear knuckle bushings pretty fast but I replaced them with ASRs for RzR 800 and they seem to be hanging in there fine..so far. I don't seem to have any other issues to report that the spacers would or may have caused.

Yes and the ASR bushings are delrin. I bought then from Amazon. Link below. They are the long ones for the front but can be cut down as needed. They must be glued as they don't fit the stock arms tight enough to keep them from spinning. I have a video in the how-to section.
