It's called a Winch Pull or leader strap. There are places you can get custom ones like this place.

Ok guys, thought I'd help clear this up.

A winch is what is mounted to the front of your Moto.  A wench is something entirely different.   ;D

Lol, honestly after I posted I noticed the spelling and figured I couldnt change the title. So just stuck with it. fixed.. :S

Well, maybe some are using the winch strap as a wench strap.

Hey, we'll be down at St. Joe's this weekend.  Won't have the Zforce, will be riding little offroad buggies there.
