Well, yes I do run the 22 gram sliders in the primary over the OE 25 gram. That has never been a problem for me or anyone hitting the rev limiter nor had any setting on the secondary...but..it is interesting that after going to A2 and adding the windshield, it has a problem getting to the limiter in a reasonable time frame. Now that I have lighter doors I may go back to B2 next time I'm in there and see if that makes a difference. However, the low end performance of A2 is still what I need in the sand and desert. It will however.. be overkill in the mountains.

yea sounds like you would need to lighten to b2 to get max rpm or lower weight on front. Or on a snowmobile you could change spring weight in primary, but idk if you can on these? Haven't done it yet

Changed the oils out today in the differential and gear case. The front looked clean and normal but the rear had more metal, both steel and aluminum then I would have expected. May not be a problem but I always said it ran very loose and noisy. I guess time will tell.

Went from a single 6' whip to duals. Put in a SuperATV rear trunk. Got a 50w radio that runs on FRS channels and has a FM tuner as well. Changed out the high beams with red LEDs.

2-3". It actually shoves my snorkel back to where in grate in the cab is pushed out slightly. Doesn't bother me though. Its got a hefty weather seal and mounts directly to the bed. Well worth the money

Really want to change both high and low beams to LED.  So you just changed the bulb? Nothing special needed done?

nothing at all. That utilize the same bulb base.

Thanks to Chad for the recommendation on the perfect isolator. Installed along with my 2nd battery, all under the driver seat. Also attached a pic of the speaker pod from SuperATV I had put in.

The only draw-back for me is that I will have to get different harness brackets and relocate the rear light. But if it works as well as my friend's rear windshield he has on his RzR, I should see a great reduction in dust in the cab when the windshield is down running down roads and some reduction in noise.

I made mine. And I can tell you that it does save a lot of dust, mud, and debri from comin in.

My SATV rear windshield came in and got it all installed. Had to change harness clamps and relocate the rear light...and adjust a couple of other things but its all good. Time to Ride!  Here's some pics:
