I have just replaced the waterpump seals and bearing seal problem now replaced the water level but started running the engine now the water is pouring out of the weep pipe

Hate to say it but either it wasn't installed properly or the ceramic piece got cracked. Of course if you got any oil between the two surfaces...even from a finger print, 99.99% of the time the two won't seal...and it can not be fixed.
