In anticipation of getting a U600, I have been looking for information on max water crossing depth. My Atv manual said even with footrest. I have seen video where water was just coming over floor. Is that ok or is cvt belt and diff’s at risk?

Most times if you keep it within and inch or so over the floor you are OK. You can look at where CVT exhaust is while home just to make sure. You can go more for a short time but it's at your own risk...so doddle in deep water....and keep the RPMs up to help blow that water out...lol.
Snorkeled you can do a little deeper...but these are just asking for it.
