Bigjim, you are a man with a HUGE set of.....I know, over what I went through with my trailer, started the same way you did; "I'll have this done in a couple of weeks". Never said anything so dumb before.....WTH???

And Marine, that trailer looks NICE.

Harley, I've done that on trailers too many times......it works but don't look happy. Meh, they're not that heavy anyways....

I've been looking for an enclosed 6x12 but find that most of them are not tall enough to fit the height of the z800. If you do find an 'extra height' trailer, it usually ups the price by $500, so instead of forking out $2500, I'm now looking at $3,000 to get the required height to fit through the door. I would much prefer to save the money and go with an open trailer, but I seriously doubt the z800 will fit in my garage without a LOT of maneuvering. Its tight in there now with just my ATV, I can't even begin to imagine how I'd fit something 10" wider and a full foot longer.

Here is a pic of my trailer.  It's a 19xx something or other that started out as who knows what.  I broke the tail off of it a few years ago loading an bobcat excavator on it.  Last year I replaced all the bearings on it.  Tires and wheels are good.  I can lock up all 4 wheels on it while pulling a car with my Hopkins Agility brake controller.  It pulls straight and doesn't shimmy or shake.  My brother and I purchased it about 5 years ago.  It spends most of its time hauling tractors, my drag car, quads, building supplies and of course a CFMoto or two. It probably has a billion miles on it.  It sits most of the winter but rolls quite a bit in the summer.  I took this picture on the way to Ryanne's Ride poker run.

Just a flat trailer with old fashioned carry on ramps nothing fancy... I strap it down with ratchets over the tires, just don't have them on in the picture

Trailers?
We don't need no stinking trailers...
Ok, I do have a 6x16 if I need it.
Otherwise, the super duty works just fine

thats not a bad idea.  The only problem with it will be that ALL of the weight of that front SxS will be on the truck once you get the front wheels up in those holders.  The rear SxS will basically be over the trailer axles.
I can imagine a world completely at peace.  A world where there are no weapons, no war, and no violence at all.  And I can imagine us taking over that world because they would never expect it.

The ford superduty beds are 60" wide. I have about 1" to spare. I do take the gat off because I'm not sure how it will handle the weight.

Took a loooong drive all the way down to Virginia today to bring home this Aluma 6x12 in very nice condition. Owner had bought it 3 years ago as a package deal with a Rzr 4 seater, and he sold that a few months ago but had no takers on this trailer for $1950. I offered $1800 and its now occupying my driveway !!  :D  One step closer to getting my z800  8)
