Can someone tell me what type of anchor or tie down goes into these holes on the storage racks?
Looks proprietary but I cant find anything on the Internet.

I want to make anchor points I can run straps through to ties things down.

If you have the CForce then you can look for Polaris anchors, not the Ranger type. They're snug but they work.

It looks like there are a few sizes. What diameter are you using on your C Force?

1", 1-1/4" or 1-7/16"

CFMOTO use their own anchors, same principal as Polaris ( the screw expands the rubber insert ) but obviously the CFMOTO anchor is same shape anchor as the shape of the CFMOTO hole.

i just got a box for the back of my ZFORCE and it attaches using four of them.

Your local CFMOTO dealer will be able to supply them.

not sure if there are other types, but i guess not as the hole shape os specific to CF MOTO. Not sure about web site either bcs i just ordered mine from the dealer i bought the ZFORCE from.
