Squeaking whilst going downhill

My brand new CF Moto Cforce 520 is making a constant squeaking noise.  It's most obvious when going slowly downhill.  Can't pinpoint whether it is brakes or suspension.  Is this a common problem?

If it stops when you apply the brakes...its just the brakes.
