I just got mine and it IS the new shock design. Dealer ordered them and said it IS a completely different part number.

I see the "updated " shocks  have only a sinhlr rate spring with looks like a shitload of preload. Or just alotvof extra threads on the body. Any of you guys ever feel yur shocks after a short or long. BRAAP.  my stock shocks get very warm.  Not enough res. Capacity or just workin shocks tonhaed. My snowmobiles shocks go thru hell and dont heat up  at all
