The beginning of this post has a list a prices, but you will need a arms,axles, all four brake lines and inner tie rods and some fabricating skills to make trail shocks work

I can do the conversion for about 1400-1600 without shocks, but shocks alone are an extra 1500. Nah if I don't HAVE to
