You might look around i yard sales or cheapo-nickle adds papers for a used snowplow. Sometimes dealers have them also. You can make a snowplow base mount yourself, it is not that hard to do.
Look on youtube and you will find a dozen folks who have put snowplows on some ATV. Look for snowplow, CForce, and so on.
You already have the winch, so Up/Down is a major part needed and simple, you already have one.
If you go that route, it would probably save you 80%-Or More of the cost of a new one. If the plow has a worn bottom blade, simple. Get a piece of metal from metal shop, drill holes to match, and put a new one on. Use bolts with nyloc (or similar) nuts, easy on/off. Bottom blades are made to wear and be replaceable. The same goes for the "skid feet".
Look here if you want some example of what to do:
https://cfmoto-forum.com/x6/cforce-600-tour-snowplow-fab-install/A CForce 800 is very similar to CForce 600, not exact the same, but who cares? Make something that fits.
It is not rocket science. JMO
YMMV
