Looks good. Hope you don't fill the cargo area with water like some have done. The crankcase vent filter may not keep it out.

I don't plan to ever get that deep in water or put myself in that spot.  But yes, this is something I'd like to find a better solution for.  I just need a longer hose or look around the back compartment for a safe spot to put it.  I was thinking of where the original air intake went....hmm. :)

Next is to snorkel the cvt.

Nothing to hard at all really just took a lot of time tearing it all down and putting back together I put doors on as well so and I'd recommend getting at least a package of 50 of them push pins for all the plastic. All mine were really brittle and 90% of them broke even with the tool

That looks very well done. I really like the kenda Executioners.

It looks like you could run the rear size kenda tires on all 4 corners, since they arent overly large. 28x11 on rear and 9 on front currently?

Would you happen to remember the parts you used, length of pipes etc?  I'm sure others might be interested in that as well.

All 2inch pipe I used two 2 1/2 to 2 reducers on the CVT and a 2 inch rubber coupler coming off the throttle body fit perfect then I just used 90s and 45s   on the CVT intake I just cut the rubber boot and made it work you'll have to take bed off and once u do that you'll c where to cut it to 90 it back through the bed on the CVT exhaust used factory robber fitting just turned it and ran it up to center of bed b sure to get as far away from exhaust as u can I recommend header wrap there and also heat tape on snorkel  but really not to hard once u get it all torn apart and make sure u get plenty on push pin riviots your gonna need them...but yeah two reducers and rest 90s and 45s

Dang.. I was really hoping I wouldn't have to remove the bed...Service manual makes it sound like your stripping the machine down to the frame.  Thanks for the info!!  I teach and have the luxury in 3 weeks of summer vacation...guess I know my first project!

I wouldn't think you have to take the bed off, just the inside plastics and airbox.

Only one way to find out!  I will say this....if it wasn't for joining this forum and you guys....I don't think I would have dived right into some of these projects...My wallet and fiancee don't necessarily like it, but it'll be fun competing against all my RZR friends when its over.
