i  HAVE REPLACED THE SPARK PLUG WIRE, COIL,&ECU AND STILL HAVE NO SPARK. FUSES ARE OK.

Check/test the CPS..aka engine speed sensor. Many have failed or gotten trash over the pick-up. Also, depending on what machine this is, the kill switch can have corroded contacted inside as they are not water proof.
