Although you can get a slight bit just sitting while the temperature changes, most of the condensation forms inside while warming up..much like exhaust systems. Once it comes to full temperature it will start evaporating or burning-off that condensation...however, if it isn't run long enough to do that, just like in mufflers, it will continue to build up. And it takes longer then people think to get rid of all of it. I suggest taking it out for at least a 2-hour ride once in a while. Before you do though mark on the recovery tank where the fluid is now...and check the weep tube off the water pump to ensure what leaks through that high-quality mechanical seal can get out and not make it past the oil seal on the other side.
