Sorry for the late update, been busy. All parts came in and worked well. I don't believe the secondary was adjustable, but i could be wrong. Ill try another time if it is. I got the slugs for the rhino 660 for him to try, but they didn't fit, too long. I'm no machinist and he just wanted it back together. So I got it back together and did use the one-way bearing. Everything seems to be working good. He was having issues with starting this prior to the clutch going, so he would just jumper out the solenoid. Wen I got it back together it wouldn't turn over. I took the starter out and it seems that it doesn't spin to smooth. Cleaned it out and put it back in and it fired up. Seems now that it only starts every now and then, he ordered a new starter and solenoid. After that I guess we'll see what else goes wrong.

I looked at the manual on the secondary and also don't see any adjustments. I've never had any luck with fixing starters. New one was a good call.
