Looking for 152cc head gasket
« on: June 14, 2016, 08:20:51 PM »
I can't find this head gasket anywhere! The engine is a 2006 cfmoto 152cc water cooled engine -1P58MJ-A-022011

Any help would be fantastic! Here is a pic of the worn out gasket.

I picked up that gasket set (actually3 sets from different vendors)and most of the gaskets don't fit. There was a redesign after the 2006 engine and there are very few gasket shapes in common.

The easily found sets don't fit. My engine is the A motor designation, not the B designation.

What about the gasket from a 150 Leader or NK150 or V night?

Can't really tell by the picture but if the gasket is not bent up you can use copper gasket spray on it. I have used it before to reuse odd head gaskets. I had my doubts too but it works good.

I tried that but it still blew oil into the coolant and vice versa. I found this on the gasket when i took it apart the 2nd time.

Must have been buggered up. You will find a new one, might take more searching.
