Help with timing

Help can anyone tell me how to time a Z Force 500. Mine jumped its timing because chain tensioner failed. I don't see any marks on the top sprocket and where is TDC on the crank. I don'ty see anything? Thanks

I have a bad copy of the ZF500 service manual I will send you a link to. It has it in it...if legible.
