Hatfield & McCoy trails
« on: January 31, 2016, 10:26:23 AM »
Hey guy's have any you been there? We are planning a trip there in the spring, my question is what is the best time of the year to go, and what trails have the best views.
We're not to much into deep muddin, just enjoy trail ridding.

I'd like to go sometime, its just a bit far for me here. I hear they all have great trails and scenery though. Can't go wrong. Royal Blue seems to be a favorite.

Hey john, yes we were there thanksgiving weekend, and yes it was a great place to ride.
We rode for two days and didn't cover 1/3 of it. Also saw another Zforce there that weekend, humm maybe it was you ? lol, Carolina adventure world that is...we're going back in a few weeks, if it don't flood out.....we've been trying to go back since then but it's been raining so much.. But we want to try Hatfield this spring.

I have been to Hatfield McCoy twice once we stayed near the rock-house trail head nice ride very rocky. I stayed at Ash land ATV resort the second time that allowed us to ride 3 different trail systems and a bunch of outlaw trails if i went back i'd go to ash land just because of the more diverse riding types everything from easy to what the shit. you wouldn't be disappointed at either though.

Don't have an eta just yet. But going to see when time permits. I want to pick their brains a bit too so I have more info to get something started like that here.
Especially if/when the CFMoto riders club gets up and running.
Meeting with our tourism council this week and will be discussing such a venture.
