We have recently purchased a CF400 for farm work. Our kilometers travelled is 120 and we have used approximately 30 liters of fuel? This equates to 30km per tank, allowing for the reserve amount as specified.
The majority of the work is relatively slow speed, 5-10kph.
We do tow a light trailer to distribute hay (20kg max AUW) and also on occasion a paddock groomer to collect poop (100kg)
I consider this to be an extremely high consumption.
Any ideas?

30km is 18.64 miles...which is about what you should get per gallon..not tank. Are you sure? There is surely something wrong. Can't see any single-cylinder engine even running pushing that much fuel through it.

I am interested in what you find out.  I think my CF 600T was guzzling fuel also. To be fair, it was 10 hours of 4-5mph plowing snow for only ~22 miles.

I have no idea if that is normal. The fuel gauge is goofy and reads low warning which is something others report and I have not tried to fix it.

just curious.

YMMV
