food plot implements on a Uforce 500
« on: August 27, 2019, 05:00:07 PM »
Hey guys. Wondering if any of you have had any experience with these UTV attachments for preparing food plots for deer. My property is primarily farm fields that haven't been turned over in years, they are presently being hayed. I'm considering a disc harrow and possibly a 2 bottom plow. Any experience on how the uforce 500 might handle the equipment and suggestions on brand names.  Thanks

Best advice for towing ploughs is DON'T. The clutches/belts/tyres/driveline will be shagged in very little time. These machines are not made for heavy constant work.
If your fields have been run over by haymakers then it will be very compacted and 'tight' to open up. Suggest you get a proper tractor/plough to do the job or a contractor.

Agreed...a 500cc Chinese UTV with a CVT isn't the best choice for pulling plow equipment. Borrow or use a tractor...something made to do the job.
