Fitting Different ECU UForce 1000EPS 2020
« on: October 27, 2020, 07:15:22 AM »
Hi, here in the UK road legal machines are restricted to 40mph, you can however pay between £300-£450 to have an off road ECU fitted meaning you get the 79HP.

Has anyone ever fitted an ECU? Is it a straight swap or is coding required?

Hi there, I am from the Uk too, my road legal quad X8 2020 model does 65mph out of the box, it won’t go any faster because it hits the Rev limiter. I would check your RPM first ?
Thanks

Hi, thanks for that, I dont collect my UForce until Mid Dec so wont know til then for sure, what I do know is that every CF Moto supplier in the UK that I approached from pricing has said it will be limited to 40mph and the off road ECU is unrestricted, so I'm unsure why they would say that!

Good afternoon, I just changed 2 ecu of my zforce800ex, here in Spain the agricultural registration limits the utv to 40mph.
Looking for spare parts, locate the Ecu without limitation.
Assembled and everything perfect for the moment.
Now at 52mph it is very fine.
