Looking for help!

When flicking switch over and  pressing diff lock on quad the 4x4 symbol moves across on dash  but just flashes and doesn't engage theres no noise at actuator either
The normal 4x4 works fine I can hear it engage and it works it's just the diff lock

Any ideas

There should be a brief sound when flicking on diff lock. Try rocking the atv back and forth while turning the handlebar just a little. This works on mine and the diff lock might make an audible clunk. Then the indicator stops from flashing.
This can be done with engine off so you can hear the sound.

Problem solved switch on handle bars was faulty replaced under warranty
