DFK Enclosed Cabs
« on: May 30, 2016, 04:12:10 AM »
Hi guys, just thought I'd share these I found on Facebook. These are enclosed cabs from dfk with heater and air conditioning options.
Thoughts?

They are nice and others that have them on other machines say the quality is top-notch. What would one cost for the Z?

My thoughts are that a fully enclosed cab take's some of the fun out of the experience, if it's bad weather we put our waterproofs on and head out, I think it adds to the fun :)
But saying that, we don't have extreme cold or heat over here in the uk dust isn't much of a problem either ;)

Hi NMKawierider I'm not to sure how much it would cost for the Z but I think they have some dealers state side.

Yeah I hear ya David it does take the fun out of it 😆. Sometimes it's too hot to go anywhere 50 degrees plus turns me into a couch potatoe haha 😂

Too expensive for my budget.  Here they are on the cfmoto.ca web site.  5200$ with no heater

Get out and enjoy some life. Don't disrespect the fact that you can feel the cold and the wet, it's all part of the experience. A great day is when you return back to base with what ever happened on that trip, and go, yup, I did that.
I got a buddy that has a fully enclosed RZR, and I actually didn't like the experience of it. Might as well as be driving a car at that point.

Actually they DO come with the heater. I've installed one on a customers UForce.

I can tell you they are an AMAZINGLY built cab, and can take a beating. The customer rolled his unit, and that enclosure kept him alive. The enclosure  survived the roll, the rest of the unit not so much.
