Hello, I need to top up my radiator, the manual says only use cf moto coolant, is there another brand that I can use that will be safe with the cf moto coolant ?

I drained the whole lot and replaced with 'waterless coolant' after problems with lack of lubrication to water pump seals. Have not had any problems with the three bikes since.

The biggest thing to remember with conventional coolants is don't mix colors. If green, stay with green..ect. "Peak Green" is one of the green coolants. Here's a little into on colors:

I run Maxima Coolanol on everything I own. I love it. Higher boiling point, lower freezing point.

There are coolants out there that will mix with any color though. Be sure to read the label.

An incredibly hi quality coolant too. No one has ever had an issue with it.. in anything.
