My variator bolt fell out and it broke the teeth of this part idk what its called .
Does this broken teeth affect acceleration or simething becaudr my atv is going harder and slower i think.

And second question us when i put on reverse it will go very slow and bumpy unless i put on 4x4 diff lock .

What year 500 is this? If by teeth you mean spline and it mates to splines on the shaft, then yes, the anchored section of the primary is no longer fixed to the shaft. Post some pics of the shaft. You will have to replace the clutch....all because someone didn't apply the proper torque to the retainer bolt. Better hope the shaft is OK otherwise....

Simply put- If it is supposed to be locked to the shaft with splines and now isn't, it will spin under load and not deliver power to the transmission and beyond so..yes, it will effect performance. Whoever replaced the clutch didn't correctly torque the retainer so it now has to be replaced again. I would look to that person for the cost of replacement.

If you can buy and change that one part of the clutch, then yes, go a head but remember to go by the balance marks as outlined in the service manual. We still don't know what year this CF500 is.

Its goes 520 2014 but same parts as cf500 , i bought this plate with broken teeth  , maybe replacing it will solve the problem

You don't have any choice but replace it..it must not rotate on the shaft so..yes, its very likely it will be back to 100% if all is installed correctly.
