Break In Maintenance
« on: November 16, 2021, 01:39:25 PM »
Hi Folks,
Is it a requirement by CFM Canada to have the break in maintenance done at the dealer?
I am more than capable of doing it all on my own - but I don’t want to risk warranty legalities in the process. Dealers and MFR’s will always try and find an ‘out’ where they can in the event of an issue…

Not sure in Canada but here...at least from my dealer as long as it was done and logged correctly, the purchaser can do the service work and not effect the warranty. For you I would first read your warranty statement, then call your dealer.
