I have a Uforce 500 and would like to build a boat rack for it. I built one already and it worked ok however need to design something different because the front rail would get hung up on trees. I tried to attach some photos so you can see what the first one looked like but it wouldn't post. My question is, can the chrome rails be removed without loosing the nuts? I tried to remove the rails but was worried the nut would fall inside the bed. I need to remove so I can attach the rail for the rack.

Sorry, but I can't help at all with UForce design.  With that said, I've been kicking around a design to haul 2, 10 foot kayaks on my Z8 Trail.  I can't come up with a design to carry them on the SXS itself, so I may have to trailer them into mountain lakes.  The good thing is I have all winter for the design and build.  Good luck with your project.
