My Zforce 1000 has left me with a no power, no start situation twice now. Both times I've had to switch the relays around to get power. Do any of you have a source to a better relay or is it as simple as taking the old ones to the auto parts store? Thanks, Carl.

Are you sure it's a relay problem? Cause they don't usually stop working then start again. And some of these CFM relays are different in design then the average relays we use elsewhere. Many2018s and 19s had a main fuse holder issue where a connection inside the holder itself world just break connection when it was under load for a while then re-connect when it cooled down. The only way to tell was the holder was getting warm and the resistance through it increased making a lower voltage on the out going side verses the battery side. Some actually melted the side out.

The first time it had no power the machine was hot. I checked the fuse under the seat and it was fine. I swapped the two relays around and it fired right up. Second time I left it outside overnight and as usual it takes about three starts for it to stay running and after the first stall I had no power again. I swapped the same two relays but no power this time. I put the bike in the heated garage for half hour or so and it fired right up. I can't take it anywhere now for fear of getting stranded. Is the main fuse holder the one under the seat?

Yes, it's one of two (if you have PS) under the seat in the back compartment. Take the relays to your local auto parts store and see. Can't hurt. Also check the other fuse box and connections.
