I was reading in the manual that there should be a important safety info be present with the manual. My dealer says he don't have that. Is there a download somewhere?

The manual says: a packet containing important ATV safety information should be present with the owner's manual...
if you cannot locate this packet, or if it has been removed contact your dealer...
