Any ideas if I can change the tie rod end by looking at this picture?

So essentially this happened while riding normal, and just snapped. is this just bad luck or the zforce tie rods are normally bad? Anyhow, I was thinking of drilling it out, but I dont know I can mess up the threads, or is it 100% for sure change the entire rod?

Hold the rod on that square spot and remove that nut...it may be left hand threaded depending on what side...the stub will back out with the nut. The tie rod is just a threaded tube. Just buy another end and screw it in to the same position or do a toe-set...which would be the smart thing to do. Yes, that is the #1 place these break tie rod ends. Soft Chinese metals.

That nut can move? I thought it was stationary with the rod or part of the rod. So just turn it and the broken tie rod end will become loose?
