Hi Gary

Thanks for the nice note.  Your forum does appear to be quite active- nice
work!  I would like to send you some images for you to use on your forum
if you¹d like?

Do you have some ideas on how we can work together?  Let me know what your
thoughts are on sponsorship of your forum.  Also, we are looking for a
name for our CFMOTO rider¹s club.  Any ideas??  Do you have a riding club
already where you are at?

Can you send us pictures of the riding gear you had made?  We are looking
at dye sublimation of a long sleeve jersey and coordinating pants.

Also, Amanda and Jordan have been working on premium wearables which we
should have samples in hand in the next couple of weeks.  You will be one
of the first to know about this when we are ready to launch.   BTW, what
CFMOTO vehicle(s) do you have?

Thanks!!

Subject: Riding gear WANTED

Hello, I'm writing to you today in response to questions about CFMOTO
gear.
First let me say thank you so much for my lanyard and sticker that you
sent to me.
I am a member of a forum called cfmoto forum. http://cfmoto-forum.com Our
forum is growing stronger by the day and many of us including the dealer
sponsors are wanting riding gear. We have all heard that it is in the
works and I've even seen the catalogue. Our group is ready and willing to
purchase and distribute any and all gear that should come available. We
have been very pleased with our machines and want to get this brand more
publicly known.
We believe that brand recognition is the key to creating an impact on the
US market. Our members range from the US, Canada and as far as Russia.
We've all seen the racing jackets worn by the teams and some shirts
listed on Amazon. I personally had two made for myself and my wife. So to
whom it may concern, we are patiently waiting for these products to come
to market.
There is a demand out there and wanted to contact you for any assistance
on bringing this to fruition.  Please feel free to check out our forum,
join, or become a sponsor. We are all proud of being a part of the cfmoto
family and want to show it off.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Gary.

@ Jason.  I DID give you the credit and let him know that it's YOUR forum.  And you are the site owner.  Just didn't want you to think I was taking the credit for it.

Cool stuff @gfmoto and no worries on the ownership thing - this isn't just for me lol.

I'm interested in discussing a possible sponsorship with him.  Let me know if/what I can do to help with your end of things as well.

I'd be a little concerned on the OEM being a sponsor. You may get folks looking at it as the forum not being objective and sensoring anything that may not promote the brand in a positive way. Not to say they'd do it, but it could be taken that way. Just my 2 cents.

Good OR bad. I'm willing to say it. I'm a firm believer that if you don't tell a company where they have to improve they will believe everything is ok the way it is. I'd love to see them joined up and get real life information not just from their simulated tracks and testing. WE are the real testers. If something needs to be fixed or modified I'd say we are a perfect source to find out and that , in its self, could save them time and money with R&D in the future and could propel them forward even faster than a handful of random people reporting any issues that may come up. At least they would have one heck of a control group. Maybe even have our group test some of the future ideas they may come up with. Keep in mind no company will fix something they don't know it wrong.

Just got off the phone with Chris Chu. I will be working with him to facilitate some ideas and will be posting the pictures he had sent so our members can see what's coming down the pipe line. Had a really good talk about what direction we'd like to see going forward.

never said we should be in contact with the manufacturer. In fact, my rep just left. We spent close to 3 hours with him. My point was having an OEM run/owned/sponsored forum could be a bit dangerous for those looking into the brand.

The second anything goes wrong, I'm on the phone with corporate letting them know the issues we found, sending pictures, ect. Its not as if the dealers dont keep them informed. Cant do anything in the warranty department with out their knowledge or approval.

My concern is the integrity of the forum as seen from outsiders.

That's a valid point from emersonsc.  I'm interested and open to discussion with CF Moto directly, but I can guarantee the forum will remain community oriented and member-driven.  After all, CF Moto does have their own website  ;).
