AIR FILTER EQUIVALENT CFORCE 500HO

Does anyone know any aftermarket equivalents for air filters?  the original part # is 0800-11200...Im pretty sure this is the same filter for the Uforce 500 and the Zforce 800..Im looking for K&N or UNI part numbers.

If it is the same as the Z800, and the part number is 0800-112000, and it looks like it is and you will need the straight version, then this is the one for the Z and U8s:
