That's great! I just bought a stage 1 from RNG just waiting on it to show up... hopefully it gets rid of the notchyness in reverse or at least makes it more useable... probably will be going with the spring and helix down the road. Update us when you get some miles under your rig and let us know how it goes.
sol...
RNG put together a full kit to optimize torque - both springs, weights & multi angle helix.
At the dealership, the machine was already pointed towards the street, I just put it in high range and drove away. It's definitely very, very nice in high range.
After I read your post, I went out to the machine in the driveway, moved it in reverse, then forward in low range. It hits
HARD in reverse & low range, instantaneous just a few rpm off throttle. At the dealership, it barked the tires when the service manager backed it out of the shop.

I emailed RNG asking about this, he said "Yes sir, the clutch gains extra power" IMHO, just from a couple feet of testing, that is kind of an understatement!

I'm in no way complaining

Unfortunately the closet dirt for some play time is about an hour away - an off road park, or USFS / state trail system. The trucking company next door to the dealership might get miffed if I create a dust storm out back, getting their Peterbilts & Kenworths dirty. Even tho I'm street legal, my machine is too conspicuous to go thrashing on dirt roads nearby. I would not be surprised if, in low range & from a dead stop, it might pin me to the seat almost like a Tesla in drag race / ludicrous mode, which I have experienced in the passenger seat. I'm almost kinda nervous to find out, cuz I don't wanna start breaking stuff!
There is now an imaginary egg between my shoe & throttle pedal

I told RNG I wanted my machine to pull like a farm tractor, as my machine will be loaded to max weight & pulling a heavily loaded gear trailer. I'm pretty sure I got what I asked for! Your experience will likely be different from mine, depending on what you tell him about your machine & how you drive it.
