950 ex ho whining clutch

i just replaced both my cluthes and belt and put in a stage three kit know when i rev it up to 200 rpm the cluth or bvelt whines is this normal on a completely new clutch

Guessing as they idle at around 1400 you mean 2000 RPM. Not many have installed a stage-3 kit on one of these yet so info is a little scares. On stock units some whine but it's not understood why. Some say its how the belt contact the sheaves, others say its the fins on the primary making contact with the air deflector behind the primary and even others suggest it an alignment problem. None is confirmed. Maybe if we could hear this by posting a sound clip or video with good sound it might help.
