I was wanting to know if anyone had a part number for the CVT belt for a z Force 500 I'm almost positive the belt is starting to slip because it chirps at low RPM going forward and feels like it's slipping when  taking off

Ok thanks and how do u remove the old belt is this the same procedure as a canam belt change where u thread a bolt into the clutch?

The 800s do have that ability but the way the housing is, you...at least I do.. still have to pull the secondary to get the belt off. I don't know how the 500s are...just have to try it and see.

I'd say pretty good. Pull it and see is the only way to know. A slipping belt is also hard on the clutch sheave it's slipping on so...the sooner the better.

A long 6mm bolt will open up the secondary. I'm not sure about the trailbloc primary you have. Should be some info out there on it.

So I just got the CVT cover off and it seems like there's a lot of metallic material inside the clutch when I turn it and very loose any ideas

The material  looks like clutch dust

Post some pics. Clutch dust is generally just belt wearings along with the dust that gets pumped through a CVT...not usually any metallic quality to it unless something is wearing...

Well for some reason I can't get pictures to upload but here's the update I took the Z-Force to dealer and they called me this morning and said the clutch is bad so they're supposed to be a bolt that holds the entire clutch assembly together and somehow it is gone and the clutch is junk luckily Rider's Advantage warranty is covering a new clutch
